About the role
Working in this position, you'll own the day-to-day marketing across both our brands, Hadar and Hadar Projects. You'll also help shape where we take it next. It's a hands‐on role with plenty of variety and real ownership.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, with both a creative and a strategic side, and the ambition to grow with us. For the right person, we're open to anywhere from 24 to 38 hours a week. The role is based at our head office in Wodonga.

What you'll do
Manage our social channels,



from content creation to scheduling and growth
Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots with key stakeholders
Edit video content and create graphics
Maintain our digital platforms, including our website and Google Business Profiles
Run paid advertising and EDMs within budget
Create and update collateral, signage and sales material
Support the team with event coordination
Contribute to brand strategy and track performance across channels
What you'll bring
A qualification in marketing or communications (preferred)
Proven hands‐on experience across both strategy and execution
Strong skills in social media content and scheduling, plus Meta and Google Ads
Creative flair, with some graphic design and video editing skills
Confidence using Canva to create engaging marketing materials
Clear writing and a positive eye for brand consistency
Good organisation, time management and confidence coordinating multiple key stakeholders
Marketing expertise from any industry; building or property experience is a bonus, but a fresh perspective is welcome
An understanding of SEO and website optimisation would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
