Care 4 Home is seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to join our NDIS team in Frankston, VIC. This casual role offers flexible hours based on participant needs and involves working with young children and toddlers with disabilities.
You will support families, manage behaviours, and maintain transparent documentation while delivering person-centred, high-quality care. A Working with Children Check, current NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver's license are preferred.
