MSWA Hamilton Hill is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and supervise Care Support Workers for residents with neurological conditions in a person-centred setting.
You will monitor medications and care plans, conduct nursing assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes.
Must have AHPRA registration, First Aid, and CPR certificates.
