Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a Casual Chef de Partie to join our Banquets Kitchen. You will be hands-on across grill, larder and pastry, delivering dishes of the highest quality using seasonal local Australian produce. You must have excellent communication, thrive in a busy setting, and support junior Chefs.
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Certificate are mandatory. You will be paid on a casual hourly wage under the Hospitality Industry General Award ****:
