selectability is seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join our Queensland team in a residential program for children and young people with diverse needs. You will support their wellbeing, stability and recovery in a safe, trauma-informed workplace.
You will work across a 24/7 roster, maintain accurate records, follow policies, and engage with diverse communities to promote positive outcomes. A Cert IV qualification (or willingness to study) is required along with safety checks.
