Rehabilitation Consultant | OT, AEP, Physio | Fast-Track Career Progression

With continued growth heading into ****, our client is looking for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists to join their Canberra team as Rehabilitation Consultants or Senior Rehabilitation Consultants.
In this role, you'll support people recovering from injury to return to safe, sustainable work and life. You'll manage a varied portfolio across NSW and ACT Workers Compensation, CTP and workplace health and safety services, using a practical, client-centred approach focused on recovery, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
You'll be part of an award-winning, purpose-led occupational rehabilitation business with almost two decades of experience in the sector. What You'll Be Doing
Help injured people recover and return to safe, meaningful work
Manage a mixed caseload across Workers Compensation NSW/ACT, CTP and WHS services
Complete workplace, vocational, functional and rehabilitation-focused assessments
Develop practical, goal-oriented return-to-work and recovery plans
Liaise with employers, doctors, insurers, case managers and other health professionals
Support clients through a wellbeing-focused, client-centred approach
Prepare clear case notes,



progress updates and rehabilitation reports
Build trusted relationships with clients, workplaces and key stakeholders
Contribute to a team-oriented team culture that values care, integrity and results

What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
AHPRA or ESSA registration
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Minimum 6 months Rehabilitation Consulting experience preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A practical, positive and client-focused approach
Genuine passion for helping people recover, rebuild confidence and return to work
