Beerenberg Pty Ltd is seeking two experienced HRC Managers to lead the floor across café, retail, tourism and events at our Hospitality & Retail Centre in Hahndorf. You'll own the day-to-day flow, lead the team, manage rosters and ensure every guest experience reflects Beerenberg standards.
Reporting to the HRC Venue Manager, you'll be hands-on and ready to lead from the front during peak periods. You'll champion exceptional guest experiences, coach and develop your team, and balance service
