About the Role
As an agency RN with E4 People, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of residential aged care facilities while maintaining flexibility around your existing commitments.
You may be responsible for:
Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
Medication administration and management
Completing clinical documentation and care plans
Managing wounds and pressure injuries
Identifying and responding to clinical deterioration
Supporting residents with dementia and behaviours of concern
Providing palliative and end-of-life care
Supervising and supporting AINs and PCWs




Working collaboratively with facility management and care teams

Requirements
Current
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum
6 months recent aged care experience
Current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
Current Flu vaccination
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Strong clinical skills and ability to work confidently in a residential aged care environment
Reliable and qualified approach to agency work
Currently living in
Maroochydore or surrounding Sunshine Coast areas
We currently have shifts available across RNs, ENs, AINs and PCAs throughout Maroochydore and the wider Sunshine Coast.
