Key responsibilities
Providing high-quality legal advice and managing client matters independently
Advising clients on estate planning, including Wills, testamentary trusts, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships
Managing probate and estate administration matters
Advising on estate disputes, including family provision claims and contested estates
Drafting legal documents, correspondence and advice
Conducting client conferences and maintaining strong client relationships
Working collaboratively with our Principal Lawyer and experienced support team
About you
Admission as a solicitor in Australia and eligibility to hold a current NSW practising certificate
Substantial post-admission experience, preferably at a senior solicitor level
Experience in Wills & Estates law is highly regarded, although applicants with strong experience in other practice areas are encouraged to apply
Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills




The ability to manage matters independently and exercise sound qualified judgment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional client service
A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the firm
Experience using LEAP legal practice management software will be advantageous
