Cook Shire Council is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director Infrastructure in Cooktown, Queensland. You will manage the director's diary, coordinate meetings and travel, and prepare critical documents and reports to keep projects and approvals on track.
In this role you'll liaise with staff, contractors and government partners, contribute to capital works planning, and identify ways to improve systems and workflows while handling confidential information with discretion.
