Avani Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Strata Financial Administrator for a fixed-term contract from December **** to March ****. You will manage the Community Association finances, coordinate budgets and reporting, and support the facilities team to ensure smooth operation of the resort.
You will liaise with owners, contractors and internal stakeholders, maintain records, and ensure compliance with strata legislation and reporting obligations.
