TMR are seeking a permanent AO3 Operations Support Officer in Rockhampton on a part-time basis to help deliver our vision of Connected communities in a sustainable, thriving and inclusive Queensland. We are looking for someone who makes insightful decisions, drives accountability and outcomes and builds enduring relationships.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the effective operations of the unit.
Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
Administering a range of passenger transport products,



including exercising delegated authority to assess applications and determine outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
Supporting the delivery of school transport services, including administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS).
Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
Applications to remain current for 12 months.
