About the prospect:
We are looking for qualified Personal Care Workers who will:
actively promote an environment that will enhance each persons life experience
work with other members of the team to create a positive, friendly and happy environment for our residents and each other
engage with our residents in meaningful ways to help themlive every day
work respectfullywitheach individual who is in need ofsupport
work in a safe manner, contributing to our safety culture and positive work environment
demonstrate reliabilityand a commitment to Life Care and our values
be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week (including weekends) on an ongoing basis across a 24/7 roster

Youll need to have:
Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care)
A current National Crime Clearance (NCC - Aged Care); or willingness to obtain

COVID-19 vaccinations; or willingness to obtain
