We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organisedMedical Receptionistto join our welcoming team at Northeast Children's Clinic.
We are a busy specialist paediatric clinic in Wangaratta dedicated to providing high-quality care to children and their families in a supportive and friendly environment.
About the position
Part time position –3 to 4 days per week, with the possibility of additional days.
Working alongside a friendly and supportive team.
A varied and rewarding role in a busy paediatric practice.
Responsibilities
Welcoming patients to the clinic
Scheduling appointments
Collecting and entering patient details
Answering telephone calls and inquiries
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records




Providing general administrative support to doctors
Scanning
Eftpos and cash-handling skills
Successful applicant
Has a warm, friendly and professional manner.
Enjoys working with children and families.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Is reliable, motivated and able to work well as part of a team.
Can multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
Has good computer skills and attention to detail
Previous medical reception experience would be highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate.
