Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner (APP) to assess, diagnose, triage, and manage a complex musculoskeletal caseload within a primary care setting. You will progress investigations and referrals, and utilise your full clinical scope including injections and independent prescribing where trained, to optimise patient outcomes.
The role involves working within an MDT in primary care, supporting self-management, leading service
