The Cut Golf Course is entering an exciting period of growth and change, and we're looking for an experienced
Front of House & Bar Manager
to join us full-time.
This is a outstanding opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who wants to take ownership, develop a team and help shape the next chapter of The Cut.
We're looking for someone who is
people-focused, hands-on, commercially minded and passionate about delivering great hospitality.
You won't just be managing a bar you'll be helping lead the
Front of House operation
, develop our people and improve the overall customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, motivate and develop the
FOH & Bar team
.
Take ownership of daily Front of House and bar operations.
Manage
rostering, staffing and service standards
.
Train, coach and develop team members.
Oversee
stock ordering, stocktakes, wastage and cost control
.
Work closely with the
Marketing team
on venue promotions, campaigns, events and customer engagement.
Work closely with the
Kitchen team
on menus, specials, pricing and the overall food and beverage offering.
Work with
Human Resources / People & Culture
on recruitment, onboarding, training and people matters.
Work closely with the
Functions team
to deliver successful events and functions.
Drive excellent
customer service and sales
through strong team engagement.
Manage SwiftPOS, menus, pricing and relevant operational administration.
Ensure RSA, liquor licensing, safety and venue standards are maintained.




Identify opportunities to improve systems, service and the overall customer experience.
Be a
hands-on leader
who sets the standard on the floor.
ABOUT YOU
You will ideally have:
Proven experience in
hospitality management and leading people
.
Strong FOH and bar experience.
Experience with rostering, stock control and functions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The confidence to coach, lead and hold people accountable.
A positive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
The ability to thrive in a busy environment.
A genuine passion for developing people and delivering great hospitality.
Golf experience is desirable but not essential.
