Apollo Care Alliance's Yackandandah Health is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to lead our care team in delivering resident-centred, protected care for our 83-bed home in Victoria. You will report to the Residential Service Manager, guide clinical governance, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and support residents to live with dignity and grace.
AHPRA Registered Nurse with 5+ years in nursing required.
