Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design contemporary, engaging learning experiences across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with leaders and People Partners, consult stakeholders on capability gaps, and deliver blended learning solutions including digital learning, workshops and on-the-job resources.
You will also manage the LMS, drive continuous improvement, and coach leaders to strengthen learning transfer across the organisation.
