Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust in Wimborne is seeking a registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Adult CMHT. You will deliver specialist care, assess and treat, manage a caseload within a multidisciplinary team, and support recovery with a person-centred approach.
You will be supported by supervision from the Team Leader, require driving licence and car for home visits, and valuable IT skills. DBS check is required and the Trust covers the cost.
