Jardan Australia seeks a full‐time Team Leader to oversee the Machining department at our Scoresby HQ. Lead a skilled team, optimise workflow, and maintain strict safety and quality standards while meeting daily production targets.
You will provide hands‐on technical support for machine set‐ups, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in a quick‐paced furniture manufacturing environment, including CNC and 5‐head moulding technology.
