SA Health in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Officer to support the Patient Safety team within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. The role coordinates governance processes, manages safety data systems, and links clinical and non-clinical staff to improve patient care.
Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will coordinate CIBs, CRC activities, document actions, minutes and ensure governance compliance. This position is full time and fixed-term to September ****.
