Our client is a premium, multi award-winning dental practice in the Southern Highlands region, known for delivering an exceptional patient experience and consistently high clinical standards. With six chairs, a large and capable support team, and a strong clinician group (including Oral Health Therapists and therapists), the practice is built for efficient workflows and high-quality dentistry.
For added variety and additional patient demand, there is also the option to work across a second nearby clinic within the group.
About the position
Our client is looking for a General Dentist to join our clients' team, with flexibility on days (negotiable based on current capacity). This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and restorative work, and who values a premium environment where systems, support, and patient flow allow you to focus on delivering outstanding care.
A standout feature of this role is the clinical structure: Oral Health Therapists manage routine hygiene and maintenance appointments, giving you more time to concentrate on higher-value dentistry, complex treatment planning, and restorative casework.
Your clinical scope may include:
Comprehensive examinations, diagnostics and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges
Cosmetic dentistry including veneers and smile enhancements (where appropriate)
Root canal therapy and management of dental pain
Extractions, urgent appointments and dental emergencies (within your scope)
Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex case sequencing
Preventive education and long-term oral health strategies
