Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? We are seeking a Registered Nurse Full Time for the Coronary Care Unit.
As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
Deliver evidence based nursing care
Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
Ensure patient and staff safety
Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care
Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
About the Company
The hospital is a 152 bed hospital which offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. It has 9 operating theatres - operates electively over a 6-day week, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs,



an Infusion Suite, a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.
About You
Current Registration with AHPRA
Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or working towards)
Working with Children check (if relevant)
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Works well independently or within a team
Basic computer skills
