Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Patient Engagement Administrator to join the Epic MyChart team. You will assist patients with activating their MyChart accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating the portal to access health information.
In addition to frontline support, you will document issues in the call logging system, escalate where needed, and maintain transparent, friendly communication with users.
