Job Description
Cater Care is looking for enthusiastic Casual Catering Assistants to join our vibrant team at Uniting - Wesley Heights in Manly. In this essential role, you will play a key part in serving nutritious meals and fostering a welcoming, enjoyable dining environment for our residents every day.
Roster:
Enjoy flexible scheduling throughout the week, with regular opportunities to pick up additional shifts to suit your lifestyle.
What this role involves:
Assisting with fresh food preparation and kitchen setup
Delivering friendly, attentive meal and snack service to residents
Maintaining cleanliness across kitchen and dining facilities, including dishwashing
Upholding rigorous food safety and hygiene standards
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen assistance, or customer service (highly regarded)




Strong collaborative spirit with the confidence to work independently
A professional approach with high standards for personal hygiene and presentation
Prior experience within aged care, retirement living, or healthcare settings is a plus
