BaptistCare is seeking a Care Consultant to support in-home care across Bendigo and surrounding areas. You'll manage a caseload, assess needs, plan services, and ensure care is effective within the funded Home Care program.
The role offers full time permanent employment, local community-based work, and autonomy in how you manage your caseload. Salary packaging is available to enhance take-home pay, with a focus on person-centred care and compassionate service.
