City of Greater Geelong is seeking a part time Community Care Worker to support Home Care Clients in their own homes across Geelong, with emphasis on the Bellarine region (Leopold, Curlewis, Clifton Springs, Drysdale, Portarlington, St Leonards, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads). You will perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, social support and monitor health, reporting concerns promptly.
Requires Certificate III or IV in a relevant field, First Aid Level 2 with CPR, a valid
