My Flex Health is seeking Home Care Support Workers to join our vibrant community team. You will provide person-centred care to elderly clients in their homes, following personalised care plans and supporting daily living tasks.
The role requires travel to multiple clients each day, assisting with transport, meal preparation, light cleaning, social activities, and adherence to policies. Casual day and evening shifts are available seven days a week with flexible schedule.
