RACQ is seeking a Service Transition Analyst to coordinate readiness activities and minimize operational risk as new services are deployed.
You will work with delivery and operations teams to ensure change is transition-ready and supported in production.
You will identify readiness gaps, plan workshops, document handovers and validate support models, ensuring transparent ownership and timely closure of actions.
