We're on the lookout for
Practice Nurse
to join our friendly, patient-focused team on a permanent part time basis. Deliver high-quality care, support patient health, and work closely with GPs and our amazing practice team.
What You'll Be Doing
Triage and clinical assessment of patients
Holistic health checks, screening, and preventative care
Chronic disease management, wound care, minor procedures, and vaccinations
Diagnostic services (ECGs, INR, glucose monitoring)
Manage recalls and reminders, health promotion, and patient education
Ordering, stock rotation, and maintenance of clinical systems
Support practice accreditation, clinical risk systems, and compliance with WHS, infection control, and cold-chain standards
Collaborate with GPs, allied health, nurses, and admin staff
Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and professional development
Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Current AHPRA registration (Div 1 Nurse)




Demonstrated clinical competence and working within scope of practice
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus Points:
Primary care/general practice experience
Further education in nursing
Membership of a professional body (e.g. APNA)
Experience with medical software systems
