C&C; Civil & Mining Construction are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our construction team in the Mackay & Coalfields region in Queensland. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead and oversee civil construction projects in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Civil Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position is based on-site in the Mackay & Coalfields region.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction teams on-site ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications and safety regulations
Manage schedules, labour, equipment, materials and project progress
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor risk management tools
Monitor quality standards and ensure all construction work meets the required specifications and contractual obligations
Extensive experience in Carpentry / Concrete / Formwork / Steel fixing
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors and team members
Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, timesheets, material logs and site documentation
Oversee equipment and material management to ensure efficient use of resources
What we're looking for




A minimum of 10 years experience in civil construction supervision or a related supervisory role within the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully managing construction teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, safety standards and relevant legislation
A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and S123 & G2 qualifications
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
A commitment to workplace safety and a thorough understanding of risk management principles
A valid drivers licence
Preferred: Experience in mining related civil construction or infrastructure projects in Queensland
