IFYS Ltd. is offering a Casual Residential Youth Worker role in our Child Protection Residential Care Programs. You will report to the Case Manager and provide day-to-day care, support youth in managing behaviours, plan activities, and maintain routines to promote life-skills development.
The role involves completing case notes, admin tasks, and ensuring a safe workplace. Shifts include day/evening/sleepover/weekend work with training opportunities and access to staff benefits.
