LME Care is seeking compassionate SIL Support Workers to help participants live their best lives in Supported Independent Living homes. You'll be part of a team that encourages creativity, empathy and active participation in daily activities.
Ideal candidates hold Cert III in IDD or equivalent, have First Aid/CPR, a valid driver's licence and NDIS experience. Training, support, and development opportunities are provided to help you thrive in this role.
