Agincare is recruiting for a Bank Support Worker in a Children's Residential Home in Wimborne. You'll support children with complex needs, helping with daily routines, safety, and emotional wellbeing. Training is provided, and shifts include day, night, and sleep-ins as needed.
The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a caring, team‐spirited approach. NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and a driving licence are advantageous.
