is currently seeking an experienced
Dogman / Labourer
for ongoing work on civil construction projects in the Rockhampton region.
Role & Responsibilities
Perform dogging duties including directing crane operators and safely securing, slinging and guiding loads
Assist with lifting and moving materials and equipment around site
Undertake general labouring duties across civil construction projects
Assist site crews with day-to-day construction activities as required
Work safely around cranes, excavations, trenches and other active work areas
Maintain a clean and secure work environment
Follow all site safety procedures and requirements
Complete relevant documentation and report any safety or site issues
Our Ideal Candidate
Current Driver's Licence
Valid Dogman/DG High Risk Work Licence - MUST HAVE
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Previous experience as a Dogman/Labourer on civil, construction or mining projects
Experience with crane lifts, slinging and directing loads
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual labour
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Reliable, punctual and able to pass pre-employment requirements

Pay: $***** per hour + penalties
10.5-hour shifts available
