UnitingCare Queensland is hiring a Residential Service Manager for Ny-Ku Byun Elders Village in Cherbourg. You will lead daily operations, foster culturally responsive, person-centred care and ensure accreditation readiness.
You'll work with nurses, carers and support staff to drive quality and outcomes. You will oversee budgeting, occupancy and hospitality services while building solid relationships with Elders, families and the community.
