About the role
Afternoon/Sleepover shifts will be available. Participantsupport requirements will include, full assistance with personal care, medication management, following an epilepsy management plan, following a mealtime management plan, communication assistance, transportation, community access, facilitating fun activities such as swimming, activities of daily living and independent living skills.

About you
You are a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual with a genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of people living with a disability. As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:




A robust understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
Experience and/or training in mealtime management
Experience supporting NDIS participants with intellectual disabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond appropriately to cues and gestures
Passion for building strong relationships and rapport with participants
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Ability to complete detailed and accurate documentation
Enjoy facilitating fun activities
First Aid Certificate
Drivers Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
Legal working rights in Australia
