This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in manufacturing and engineering. Full on-the-job training will be provided to learn how to set up and operate CNC and Doosan machinery. The successful applicant will begin as a casual employee, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position for the right person.
Key responsibilities
Assist with general factory duties.
Learn to set up and operate CNC and Doosan machinery.
Load and unload materials and finished components.
Perform quality checks on finished products.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work setting.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet customer deadlines.

Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
Takes pride in producing quality work.
Has good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Enjoys working in a small team environment.
Can follow instructions and work independently once trained.




Is physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
Previous manufacturing or factory experience is advantageous but not essential.
Reliable transport and ability to commute to Heidelberg West, VIC ****.
Ability to undertake manual work and stand for extended periods.
Commitment to workplace safety.
