Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Cave Hill Creek near Beaufort, is offering an Outdoor Leadership Traineeship to gain a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership with Box Hill Institute. You will learn on-the-job while supporting school camps and delivering activities such as canoeing, abseiling, mountain biking, and more.
The program combines paid work with practical training, mentoring, and opportunities to work across sister sites like Silverband Lodge.
