NDIA is seeking an EL1 SAP Senior Business Analyst to join the SAP Support team. You will investigate enhancements and ICT projects related to SAP CRM and API changes, and apply business analysis, design and agile collaboration to improve Participant experience and Scheme effectiveness.
The role requires robust BA artefact development, Epics/User Stories, and stakeholder engagement across NDIA/OCIO ecosystems, with hybrid work options available (3 days in office, 2 days flexible).
