EGroup Protective Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Supervisor to lead the day-to-day security operations at a premium boutique shopping centre located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on security qualified who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a dynamic operational environment.
With early morning starts, no two days are the same. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security and smooth operation of the centre while building strong relationships with contractors, retailers, centre management and emergency services.

As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the daily security operations across the shopping centre.
- Managing and coordinating contractors and service providers working on site.
- Conducting emergency management procedures, drills and incident response.
- Performing fire system isolations and de-isolations in accordance with procedures.
- Administering and managing electronic access control systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems and security technology.
- Investigating incidents and preparing professional reports.
- Conducting security risk assessments and recommending improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements, legislation and company procedures.
- Building strong working relationships with centre management, retailers and stakeholders.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a Security Supervisor or senior security leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of emergency management procedures.
- Experience undertaking fire isolations and de-isolations.
- Working knowledge of electronic access control systems.
- Experience with CCTV monitoring and security management systems.
- Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Current Victorian Security Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- A current driver's licence.
