About the role

Vision Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Mackay, Queensland. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinating the leasing process, including advertising, inspections, tenant selection and lease preparation

- Conducting regular property inspections and managing maintenance and repair requests

- Effectively communicating with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner

- Processing rental payments, bond lodgements and disbursements

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations

- Providing detailed reports and insights to landlords on the performance of their investment properties

- Collaborating with the broader team to achieve business and portfolio growth objectives

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a property management role, preferably within the residential leasing and management sector

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage a varied portfolio of properties





- Familiarity with relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations

- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
