Our Capital Advisory practice spans transaction and commercial advisory, deal advisory and financial modelling. Our clients include investors, corporate and government organisations across energy, networks, resources and heavy industry, digital, water and emerging sectors.

The opportunity

Build technical foundations and contribute to live investment and transaction work, with guidance from experienced consultants.

- Research markets, assets, industries and investment opportunities to support client recommendations.
- Support due diligence, transaction processes and capital strategy engagements.
- Build and check financial models, valuations, business cases and presentation materials.
- Work with senior colleagues to translate complex information into clear, accurate insights.





What you’ll bring
- A relevant degree in finance, commerce, economics, engineering or a related discipline.
- Solid Excel, analytical and communication skills; exposure to financial modelling is advantageous.
- Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions, take feedback and learn.

The work that matters

Depending on your specialisation and the engagement, you could advise on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, transaction strategy, commercial and technical due diligence, financial modelling, renewable energy projects and power purchase agreements, business cases, feasibility studies or capital structuring.
