Manage incoming phone calls and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiriesRespond to email enquiries and provide timely, professional customer supportAssist customers with product selection, providing information and guidance based on their needsSupport the sales team with day-to-day customer service and administrative tasksAssist with merchandising, product displays and maintaining a well-presented sales floorProcess customer enquiries accurately and ensure follow-up is completed where requiredMaintain product and customer information and assist with general data entryLiaise with internal team members to ensure customer requests are actioned efficientlyProvide general administrative and operational support during busy periodsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in customer service, retail,



sales administration or a similar customer-facing roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesComfortable working in a busy, rapid-paced sales environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow through on customer enquiriesProactive and team-focused approach with a willingness to assist across different areasBasic computer and administration skills, including confidence responding to emails and completing data entryAbility to provide contactable refereesWhat you'll get in return
If successful in this role, you’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate plus super, with weekly pay. This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position if all goes well. You’ll work a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring you're home every evening, with the hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm.
