As a Contract Administrator, you will require:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within residential construction.
- Experience delivering custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts,



procurement and cost management.
- Experience managing subcontractor packages, variations and progress claims.
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors.
- Excellent organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
- Confidence managing commercial responsibilities across multiple residential projects.
