Our client is an established commercial construction business with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across South East Queensland. With a diverse range of commercial projects, they are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team.

The role

- Manage subcontractor packages, scopes of work and contract administration.
- Prepare and assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and contractual obligations.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage contractual correspondence.
- Assist with commercial reporting, forecasting and project cost control.

About you

- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction is essential.




- Strong knowledge of subcontract administration, variations and progress claims.
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Relevant construction or commercial qualifications are advantageous.
