As a Building Supervisor, you will require:
- Previous experience in insurance repairs, residential construction or building supervision.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – essential.
- Strong understanding of residential building practices,



repairs and reinstatement works.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, subcontractors and trades.
- Experience managing construction schedules, quality control and WHS requirements.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with homeowners, trades and internal stakeholders.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload independently.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
