About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Production & Inventory Coordinator to oversee production planning, stocktake activities and inventory management at its Pemulwuy site.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring damaged goods and stock discrepancies and preparing reports using Excel, Google Sheets and other computer-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor production planning to support daily operational requirements.
- Oversee regular stocktakes and ensure stock records are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor production site inventory levels and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Identify, record and report damaged goods, missing stock and inventory irregularities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and production records using Excel,



Google Sheets and internal computer systems.
- Prepare regular stock reports, inventory summaries and other operational reports as required.
- Liaise with relevant team members to resolve stock discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with monitoring stock movements and ensuring appropriate records are maintained.
- Operate a forklift to retrieve or bring down orders when required although this will not be a primary responsibility of the role.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain organised work areas.

Essential Requirements

- Australian citizen or Permanent resident.
- Min 3 years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, production planning, warehousing or a similar coordination role.
- Strong data-entry skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when identifying stock discrepancies and damaged goods.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving inventory issues.

Desirable Requirements

- A current LF forklift license will be highly regarded.
- Experience using inventory management systems, stock control software or ERP systems.
