About the Role:
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join a growing, well-established allied health practice in Darwin, NT. This permanent Monday to Friday role combines clinic work (around 60%) with community visits (around 40%), though the split varies with the caseload. The practice has an active waiting list, so you will start with a full caseload. Your clients will mainly be people living with disability, including NDIS participants, people recovering from traumatic brain injuries and motor vehicle accidents, and people with other neurological conditions. The practice is happy to shape the role around you, whether you prefer adults, paediatrics or a mix of both.
- Assess and treat clients with disability, neurological conditions, brain injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries
- Work across clinic and community settings, including home visits
- Focus on adults, paediatrics or a mixed caseload, depending on your interests and experience
- Develop person-centred, goal-focused treatment plans, including for NDIS participants
- Participate in regular case conferencing and team meetings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, allied health professionals and allied health assistants
Benefits:
- $90,000 – $115,000 + superannuation, based on experience
- Permanent, Monday to Friday role
- Slightly longer days Monday to Thursday, so you finish at 2:30pm on Fridays
- Flexible working arrangements for both short- and longer-term needs
- Weekly professional development every Friday, run internally or by external presenters
- Monthly one-on-one sessions with your team leader, plus regular caseload support and upskilling
- Company vehicle for community visits, or $0.99/km if you use your own car
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
- Friendly team culture with weekly coffee catch-ups, a social committee and team events
About You:
- AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
- Some professional experience preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates with a strong interest in this area will be considered and supported
- Interest in disability, neurological, adult and/or paediatric physiotherapy
- Confident working across clinic and community settings
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Practical, person-centred approach to client care
- Current driver’s licence
