Working Site Foreman (Carpenter) - Sydney

Site Manager, or a candidate who is ready to step into this responsibility who offers a robust background in their Trade inclusive of leadership and mentoring skills.

Projects consists of high end residential properties through to low rise apartment builds, our Client's continue to evolve on the Eastern Suburbs & Lower North Shore of Sydney.

Working closely with the Construction/ Project & Director/ Owner Team across all aspects of construction, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all trades and contractors
- Pick up & Ordering materials
- Reporting & Site safety at all times
- Meet project deadlines on time and to budget
- Carpentry Finishes - Eye for Detail

Essentially your background & resume will demonstrate:




- Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Leading Hand
- Coordination and scheduling skills with the capacity to engage at all levels
- Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Savvy computer skills
- Certificate / Licence - Diploma etc
- Own Tools & Van/Ute
